- NEW: TRIC2008 tritium interlaboratory comparison
The 8th IAEA tritium interlaboratory comparison TRIC2008 is open now for registration until 12 December 2008. It provides means to check the laboratory performance of ultra-low-level tritium analysis at environmental activity levels in water samples.

- VSMOW2 and SLAP2
The two new international measurement standards are available for sale since mid 2007 from IAEA. Orders are possible via email to STABISO.REFMAT@IAEA.ORG or through the internet on the IAEA reference materials homepage These two materials replace the former used calibration materials VSMOW and SLAP. Due to the careful calibration of the two new standards versus their predecessors, routine d2H and d18O laboratory data are continued to be reported in reference to the respective VSMOW/SLAP d-scale.
