This information resource is a valuable addition to our previously published Food Irradiation Clearances Database. Both databases are maintained by the Food and Environmental Protection Subprogramme of the Joint FAO/IAEA Division of Nuclear Techniques in Food and Agriculture. They are both available on the IAEA NUCLEUS portal for nuclear knowledge and information. NUCLEUS is the common access point to the IAEA scientific, technical and regulatory information resources. It incorporates and facilitates access to more than 100 IAEA databases, scientific and technical publications, as well as safety standards.
