SSDL Annual Report
As indicated in the IAEA/WHO SSDL network charter, SSDL Network members should submit an annual report to the Secretariat of the IAEA/WHO Network of SSDLs. A new format of the annual report will be introduced for reporting activities done in 2008. SSDL Network members will have the possibility to submit their annual report in the structured electronic form using on-line account or by e-mail. SSDL members are encouraged to use the on-line submission of form to facilitate the transfer of the reported data into the IAEA/WHO SSDL network database.

File should be saved with a name “SSDL_country_YEAR.pdf” and send it by e-mail to dosimetry@iaea.org
If web or e-mail transmissions are not possible for you, please print this electronic form, and send to the IAEA by fax or regular post mail.
